Return Policy

  • Your purchase at One Small Child comes with a total satisfaction guarantee–in fact, it’s our top priority! If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and we’ll promptly refund the merchandise amount.
  • If you requested the wrong size or item and need to send it back in exchange for another size or style, a shipping charge will apply. (If there was a mistake on our part, there will be no charge for the sending the replacement.)
  • Please be sure to use our measurement charts to determine the correct size the first time you order. Do not try to determine the correct size by the child’s age, weight, or the size they are currently wearing in other clothing brands. We have measured each style, allowing for wearing ease. If you order according to the size matching the measurements on the size chart, you will get a good fit and will not have the extra expense of returning an item.
  • All returned items must be unused, with all hang tags and labels in their original position in order to receive a refund.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of worn, soiled, washed, monogrammed or customized articles.

How to Return an Item

We recommend shipping via USPS insured for your protection. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your account back the purchase price of the item, subject to the terms listed below.

Terms:

Item is unworn/unused with tags still attached in the same condition it was sent in. All retail packaging is included. Return requested and merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of delivery of the order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your refund of the purchase price to your credit card. Noncompliance with our return policy may result in a restocking fee or refusal (you will be responsible for shipping to receive the item back). For items delivered with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
